Titusville Swim Team will hold four two-week sessions of
stroke camp this summer. Each session runs Monday-Thursday from 4-5 pm
at the Titusville High School Pool. The cost is $35 per swimmer, per session. Summer Stroke Camp dates are : ______________________________________________________________ History: The Titusville Swim Team (TST) is a non-profit organization established in 1995 to offer a swim program to the youth of the North Brevard community. Founded by Titusville's Olympic Medalist, Mitzi Kremer, the team is now coached by Natasha Kremer. TST is a member of United States Swimming, has certified coaches, and attends sanctioned competitions at all levels from beginners to senior championships. TST practices year-round at Titusville High School's heated swimming pool. Mission: Titusville Swim Team is a family-oriented competitive team and is dedicated to excellence at all levels of participation. Philosophy: Since swimming is a technically driven sport, the Titusville Swim Team staff emphasizes technique, attention to detail, general conditioning, and race strategy, all while providing a fun and safe environment. It is a wonderful way to bring families together for a great sport. Group Structure: Titusville Swim Team offers a year-round swim team program together with a seasonal novice swim team. TST emphasizes learning correct competitive stroke technique. Swimmers compete in formal and informal swim meets. Joining the Titusville Swim Team is a great way to meet new friends and have fun. Payment Information: Payment is due the first of day of each month, with late fees charged after the 10th of the month. Age group fees are $40.00 per month and the senior group is $45.00 per month. USA registration is $54.00 yearly or $30.50 seasonal. The USA fees, a completed USA registration form, and a copy of the swimmers birth certificate are due within three weeks of joining TST. All checks for registration and monthly fees are to be made out to TST and returned to the team's treasurer. |
Coaching Staff Coach Natasha Kremer is the head coach of the Titusville Swim Team. She is a graduate of Titusville High School and Clemson University. In the past ten years, nine of Coach Kremer's swimmers have achieved National Top 16 swims in their age groups, in multiple events. Coach Kremer also coaches Titusville High School's Swim Team, and has led the team to many Conference and District Team Championships. She has been named Cape Coast Conference Coach of the Year several times, including 1997, 1998, 2001 and 2003. Coach Mary Malone has been involved with competitive swimming for many years, as a swimmer with AASU & YMCA, and then as a coach. After beginning her coaching career in New Jersey, she coached for numerous clubs in New York and Pennsylvania before coming to Florida. Coach Mary has coached for the Aquanuts, Astronaut and Titusville High School Swim Teams, and is currently with TST. Her credentials include certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine, National Strength & Conditioning Association, American Swimming Coaches Association and the Aquatic Exercise Association just to name a few. Coach Donna Stallings is a graduate of Auburn University, and has been a full time coach for the last ten years. Her coaching resume includes Williamson County Aquatics, South Brevard Swim Association, Space Coast Swimming and assisting with Satellite High School for eight years. She has coached all levels of swimming from developmental to the senior level. She comes from a swimming family and has a daughter who is attending West Virginia University on a swimming scholarship.
